KMCA Safety Council Meeting

It has been confirmed by Transportation Secretary Chao’s office that the implementation date for ELD’s is on track for December 18, 2017. KMCA has arranged for a representative of FMCSA – Kansas Division to present at the December 12, 2017, Safety Management Council Meeting. This time will be focused on clarifications and guidance of the ELD mandate. There will also be a Q&A session to ensure that members with questions receive answers before the implementation date arrives.

In addition to the ELD presentation, we will cover the details of the 2018 Safety Management Council Meetings and Events.
